Kim Daugherty
Director of Training

Kim's expertise and style have made him a sought-after speaker on the national, state and local levels. Kim is an instructor for many state GRI programs and numerous Real Estate Associations throughout the country. He co-authored our nationally acclaimed training programs, "Flight To Excellence" and "Advantage Plus", and has been a licensed real estate Broker for over 20 years. In addition, Kim has worked in many areas of real estate including appraisal, real estate development and mortgage banking.
