Missouri Real Estate Practice is a 24 hour course that must be completed prior to applying for a Missouri Real Estate License.

•  Students must have completed the 48 hour Pre-Exam Course before completing the Missouri Real Estate Practice Course.  Because this is a home study course many students work on the course at night, in the morning and on weekends while taking the 48 hour course.  This allows them to finish both courses on the same day.

• Cost is $149.00  (unless taken as part of our "Value Package")

• This course is designed to be taken in conjunction with the 48 hour course, and completed prior to taking the AMP test.  It reinforces key topics and issues that are both on the test and tie into real estate practices.
