Our Training and Education Department offers the 28 Days To Success program for new or transferred Associates which highlights the Coldwell Banker Gundaker philosophy, culture and procedures that drive and maintain our #1 position in the market. This program is designed to give our Associates a solid foundation on which to build their careers.

28 Days to Success

A three day workshop focused on first class customer service, showing value and servicing buyers and sellers. Mastering relationship selling and the art of communication, goal setting, priority management, how to read current market trends and much more.

  • Goal - to give agents in depth knowledge of all aspects of selling real estate
  • Workshop will be held monthly
  • Classes will be held at the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters, 2458 Old Dorsett Rd., Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
