The Traditional 48 Hour In-Class Pre-Exam Course
Coldwell Banker Gundaker School of Real Estate offers a 48 Hour Pre-Exam Course to persons interested in applying for a Missouri Real Estate Salesperson's License. The course objective is to help you pass the test and to complete the first step in obtaining a Missouri Real Estate License.
Tuition is $335.00. The enrollment fee is valid for a period of six months. Any student not completing the licensing program within this time period will be required to re-enroll and pay an additional course fee. Once a student begins the course no refunds will be given.
Save $100.00! Coldwell Banker Gundaker is now offering the Pre-License Package. Pre-pay for the 48 hour Pre-Exam Course and the 24 hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course and save $100.00. No refunds will be given once a student begins the 48 hour Pre-Exam course. The package price is $384.00.
To be admitted for the examination, the Missouri Real Estate Commission requires applicants to complete 48 hours of classroom instruction. A certificate of completion will be issued by the school to students completing 100% of the required 48 hours. Please refer to the bottom of this page for a full list of class rules and regulations. Student applicants will have six months after course completion to pass both National and State portions of the examination, complete a 24 hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course and apply for license. Application for license and school certificates must be submitted to the Missouri Real Estate Commission within six months of the course completion date.
Day and evening classes are conducted at the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters located at 2458 Old Dorsett Rd. Maryland Heights, MO 63043. School facilities are open 30 minutes prior to each class, and classes will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Any changes to the schedule will be announced on the Voice Mailbox, accessed by calling 314- 871-6279.
Directions to Training Center: Interstate 270 to east on Dorsett Rd. Make a left on Old Dorsett Rd. The building is just past Sybergs and the Hampton Inn.

Training, with your tuition payment of $335.00. Checks must
be received 2 weeks before the first day of class. Payments made within 10
days of class or at the registration desk must be made by credit
card (MasterCard or Visa) or money order. NO personal checks will
be accepted the first day of class.

Pre-License Rules & Regulations
Attendance
The first day of class is MANDATORY. If you are unable to attend the first day, please wait for a month where the class schedule is more suitable for you.
Students must be in attendance (in class) for the entire state mandated 48 hours.
Any time missed must be made up in order to complete the state mandated 48 hours.
Any time missed that is less than one hour, will require a full hour of in class make-up time.
Breaks
Students will typically be given a 10 minute break every hour.
If a student needs to use the restroom during class, they may, this is the only reason a student may leave the classroom during class time.
Any student who is late returning from a break will be required to make up the missed time.
No formal breaks will be given during testing.
Phone Usage
Cell phones must be turned OFF during class time.
There is a phone located in the kitchen area that is available for the use of the entire class…please limit calls on this phone to two minutes
Phones may be used at breaks, and during lunch; however no calls are permitted to extend into class time
NO phone calls are allowed during class time
Lunch
Students will typically be given a 30 minute lunch break
Any student who is late returning from lunch will be required to make up the missed time
Any special classroom needs or special circumstances must be addressed up front, and in private, with the instructor.
