If you would like to apply for the Home Study course you will need to do the following: Pick up the Home Study Binder at the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters. Study the material for 40 hours. When you are ready to take the proctored exam at the Corporate Headquarters contact us at 314-298-5050 to schedule your exam. After your exam is graded you will be issued a certificate.
