The course objective is to help you pass the test and meet the state's requirements for licensing. The state accredited course will include:

For in-class or home study options only. No refunds will be given once a student begins the 48 hour Pre-Exam course. The package price is $384.00.

If you would like to apply for the Home Study course you will need to do the following: Pick up the Home Study Binder at the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters. Study the material for 40 hours. When you are ready to take the proctored exam at the Corporate Headquarters contact Sandi Collins at 314-298-5377 to schedule your exam. After your exam is graded you will be issued a certificate.
